Elite Surgical Academy (former Gronberg Medical AB) was founded with the aim of transforming the landscape of medical technology. From the start, we have focused on creating advanced surgical instruments and medical technology solutions that enable better care and outcomes for patients worldwide.

One of our key areas of expertise is colorectal cancer surgery. Our specialists have extensive experience in performing complex procedures, utilizing the latest surgical advancements to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Anders Wallenås
Board of director
Member of the Board of Directors since 2025 and a co-founder of Triomed. Anders Wallenås has a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He has more than 30 years of experience managing industrial development projects across a range of industries.
Thomas Hellström
Board of director
Thomas Hellström, an engineer from Uppsala, began his career in the consulting industry. He managed Devex's Uppsala office for several years before shifting his focus to expansion and the establishment of new offices. Since 2022, he has served as the CEO of OIM but has now decided to pursue his own business ventures.
Anders Grönberg
Chairman of the board, Founder
Anders Gronberg completed his technical high school education and earned his degree in Linköping in 1979. He obtained his MD in 1991 and became a specialist in surgery, focusing on colorectal surgery, in 2000. In 1992, he earned a PhD in microbiology. From 2006 to 2022, he served as CEO and CMO of CarpoNovum. Since 2023, he has been pursuing his own business ventures.
Lotta Ljungberg
QA
Lotta Ljungberg has extensive experience in quality management and regulatory work for market expansion and product registrations of medical devices. She has held leadership positions at international medical technology companies such as HemoCue, CellaVision, Elos Medtech, Biora and BiBB Instruments AB in Lund.
